Most people think incorrectly that the internet is not a good place to look for MLM Network Marketing Leads. This assumption is great for you because you can get under the radar and get some valuable prospects.
The trick I have found is to optimize my site for keywords about making money or starting a business etc. combined with the city I am in. If you type “make money” into google you will get 17 billion or so search results back. Everyone and their mother are setting up web pages about making money online. So if you think you can optimize your site for “make money” you are going to be disappointed.
But. If you optimize for “make money (your city)” things change dramatically. Now you are targeting down to a niche of people in your city who are looking for making more money ideas. Did the light go on?
If you send those people to a web page or blog that is a sales page for the opportunity to make money at least some of those people will contact you. This is a great way to start building your MLM business lead base. Note: this page should talk in generalities using the triggers we talked about in this post.
Just give your MLM lead enough information to stoke their desire to call or email you for more information. Getting their email info is great because then you can build up a relationship with them over a few contacts that is non-threatening. By giving the MLM lead prospect good general information about making money you can become an expert in their eyes and when you make your offer it will have more believability.
When you have a web page or blog to send people to you open up a lot of other possibilities also. You can have prospects from other advertising media go to the website first and get them into your email system before you even talk to them. This gets rid of the people who are just going to waste your time shopping for an opportunity but never committing.
