You are excited about your business. You know what a great opportunity an MLM business is and how much money can be made. You want to talk about all your accomplishments and tell your potential recruits how you did it. This is natural but it will not help you recruit your leads.
An MLM business lead does not care one iota about you. They don’t care how much money you made or how big your MLM downline is. Instead, your lead only cares about what is in it for them. What can you give them and how can you impact their lives.
In order to be successful in recruiting new members into your downline you must recruit through their eyes not yours. Look through their eyes and find out where they are financially, emotionally, socially, and family and career wise. What are they thinking about on a day to day basis? What is consuming their thoughts. Ask questions to find out what is important and make your pitch based on the answers you get back.
Start in their world first by empathizing with their situation. Once you can realize where they are, you can then move them to your world of successful network marketers. Show them that instead of scraping to pay the bills it is possible to have extra money at the end of the month. Take fears about retirement and turn them into a vision of ease, of comfort, and of security in their later years.
Keep the focus on the MLM marketing lead and not on you. Have you noticed how many times I have used the words you and yours in this post? Over 17 times. Not one time have you seen the word I before this paragraph. Why? Because you care about you not me. If your MLM sales lead is going to be drawn into the conversation and vision you must talk about them not you. In fact, use the word YOU at least 4 times more than the words me or I.
The word YOU psychologically hooks the MLM lead into the conversation about your small business ideas that can be turned into a big business income. MLM network marketing is a great small business that your prospect can run out of their home but you have to help them to see the vision. You do that by viewing the sales process through their eyes not yours.

Interesting post, network marketing is definitely about sharing the vision. Sales and marketing is so important in network marketing.
These are skills that are needed to be learned.
I really enjoyed your post. I will have to come back again to read some more of them.
