Your successful business based on MLM network marketing leads requires people. This is nothing other than a numbers game in that if you increase the number of people you talk to about your business, you will increase the number of people who join your mlm downline and make you money. In my last MLM network marketing leads post I discussed how to start getting your warm list of contacts. If you haven’t read that post yet then go here MLM leads and get the inside information.
Once you have your warm list it is time to start putting it to good use. Look over your list and pick out the five people you are sure would not be interested in your products or service. Maybe it is your friend Tom who hates MLM with a passion. Just pick five people you feel will be the least interested in what you are doing. You want the people who there is no chance of getting a positive response from.
Now call those five people. Tell them what it is you are doing and see if they would be interested in talking about it with you. If they say no, ask if they would like some information, ask if they know anyone else who might be interested, ask them if they would show the brochure to a few people and get a response. Then take or mail the brochure or catalog to them. In a week follow up with them ask if they have any questions or if they know of anyone who might be interested. Even if they are not interested, it has not been a failure because you knew they wouldn’t join anyway. This was just practice. You never expected them to be a good MLM business lead.
Then, tomorrow, pick the next five least likely people. Call them and go through the exercise again. Keep going until you have gone completely through your list. This accomplishes two things.
First you have let everyone you are acquainted with know what you do. Even if Tom turns you down, which he probably will, what happens if in a month he runs into someone who is looking for more income. He will remember your business and most likely tell his friend about you and your opportunity. Bingo, instant list building.
Secondly, after going through your list and giving your pitch 50 to 100 times, you will be an expert at sharing your MLM opportunity. From now on it will be the easiest thing in the world to talk to anyone about your business, even strangers.
A little secret. When calling people on your MLM marketing lead warm list, have only one name in front of you at a time. Have the name on an index card and look only at that name. This is less intimidating and allows you to focus on the one person you are talking to. It is a proven fact, the more times you share about your business the better you will become.
