I had an amazing realization yesterday that had to do with finding local mlm leads for your mlm network marketing business. This current economic upheaval has put a lot of really qualified people out of their preferred line of work and forced them into jobs that are below their skills level. This would be bad enough if it were only temporary but it appears as though we are going through a massive realignment of our economy. A lot of the high paying jobs these people were successful at are not coming back anytime soon, if at all. So how does this affect your MLM network marketing leads business? Let me explain.
One of the best mlm tips is how to get mlm prospects. People are always looking for the best mlm leads to grow their businesses to the next level and beyond. Well what kind of person are you looking for? You want someone with people skills, someone who can set a deadline and meet it, someone who can manage their time, and someone who is hungry for success. There are literally an army of these folks under your nose right at this instant. They are the walking wounded who have been trained in all these areas of expertise by big business and are now being shuffled off to the side because big business mistakenly thinks they are not needed. I think these corporations are making a big mistake by getting rid of these people they have invested so much money in, but that is what all these MBA’s who run businesses are taught to do. Look at what’s good for this quarter, short term results are all that matters. This is not how these businesses were built but it is definitely how they are being run into the ground.
Local MLM Leads
Any way, back to my story about finding local mlm leads. Yesterday we went to Loew’s to buy a washer and dryer. Actually we were shopping around at different stores and we ended up buying at Loew’s and I will tell you why. It all had to do with the sales person. He was friendly, he was knowledgeable, and my wife and I really felt like he had our best interest at heart. After dealing with him for about an hour I would have listened to anything he had to say about a business opportunity. With his way of dealing with customers I am sure he was working in a job way below his skill level. I mean he wasn’t even the manager, just a store clerk, but he definitely had the people skills to be running a department. So how does this fit into finding mlm local leads?
This clerk exhibited all the characteristics of a great mlm business building person and I bet he was hungry for something else. So what if you had some business cards printed up with your lead tag line printed on the front and your phone number. When you run across a capable person like this, give your card to them. Tell him or her that you realize they can’t talk while working but if they are interested in putting their skill to work making more money give you a call. Do you think you will get some qualified, high power people willing to look at your opportunity? I know you would.
The key to finding the best mlm leads is to keep your eyes open for people who are in lower paying positions through no fault of their own. This guy was definitely working in a job below his skill level but he still gave it everything he had. I plan to go back to the store and do just what I mentioned above. I am sure this man is a great candidate for being a local mlm lead that builds my business.
