I have talked before in this blog about scams. One of the questions is what exactly is a scam. Is it a blatant lie or is it just a bending of the truth. The internet is notorious for people promising what they don’t deliver. The best example of this is when someone claims to be able to teach how to make money on line if you only buy their program. I started out by buying a program that said I could learn how to make on line with the information they provided me. Well, it didn;t work out that way.

I spent $195 on two notebooks and when they arrived I was so happy that now I could learn how to make a lot of money online and quit my day job. Wrong. This program gave a lot of theory about web marketing but it did not give me the specifics I needed to actually make any money. It took me another year of searching and learning before I stumbled across the methods that work online. I am not trying to sell you anything I just want you to be aware of programs that offer the moon and don’t deliver. This applies to MLM network marketing also. If something sounds too good to be true it probably is. There is a lot of money made with MLM local leads everyday but the people who make it work the program. They don’t just sit back and wait for things to happen. If you want success you can have as much as you want just have to work for it. Zig Ziglar, the world famous salesman, said, “You can get anything you want in life provided you give enough other people what they want.”

One of the best mlm tips is how to get mlm prospects. People are always looking for the best mlm leads to grow their businesses to the next level and beyond. Well what kind of person are you looking for? You want someone with people skills, someone who can set a deadline and meet it, someone who can manage their time, and someone who is hungry for success. Actually we were shopping around at different stores and we ended up buying at Loew’s and I will tell you why. It all had to do with the sales person. He was friendly, he was knowledgeable, and my wife and I really felt like he had our best interest at heart. After dealing with him for about an hour I would have listened to anything he had to say about a business opportunity. With his way of dealing with customers I am sure he was working in a job way below his skill level. I mean he wasn’t even the manager, just a store clerk, but he definitely had the people skills to be running a department. So how does this fit into finding mlm local leads?

This clerk exhibited all the characteristics of a great mlm business building person and I bet he was hungry for something else. So what if you had some business cards printed up with your lead tag line printed on the front and your phone number. When you run across a capable person like this, give your card to them. Tell him or her that you realize they can’t talk while working but if they are interested in putting their skill to work making more money give you a call. Do you think you will get some qualified, high power people willing to look at your opportunity? I know you would.

The key to finding the best mlm leads is to keep your eyes open for people who are in lower paying positions through no fault of their own. This guy was definitely working in a job below his skill level but he still gave it everything he had. I plan to go back to the store and do just what I mentioned above. It is funny how geography works. I have travelled a fair amount and I have notice the camaraderie that come when you meet someone from your area. This all depends on how far out of your comfort zone you are. Have you ever had the experience of being in another part of your state and meeting someone from your town or city. Even if you don’t know that person you feel a bond with him or her.
